Now we are looking for a Director for our Business Control department. WHAT WILL YOU DO? The role will be to actively drive and support change from a Finance perspective in order to meet strategic targets. You will also act as Finance project leader for or be a member of various Finance related projects. You and the business control group is expected to engage with:
Strategic analysis of business Strategic trend analysis Structured use of Axis' extensive business stats to understand patterns and trends Questioning of 'old truths' and new initiatives from a financial perspective Understanding the fundamental dimensions of Axis' business Proactive analyses for future business purposes Supporting the organization with financial follow ups, analyses and financial advice Develop and maintain strategic and operational follow up models for Axis business > Towards Solutions > Towards Verticals > Towards Small, Medium and Enterprise businesses Develop steering mechanisms to drive sales of new initiatives Networking throughout the organization Limited traveling is a part of the position.
The role is responsible for managing and driving the business control team to valuable achievements. We know that the right person can make a huge difference to the understanding of numbers and in supporting the organization with financial awareness.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? In order to succeed in this role, we think that you are a coaching leader with strong analytical skills, combined with a large interest for business. You have a Masters degree in business administration and minimum 10 years of experience from similar roles. It is important that you have an interest and passion for understanding the business and the possible impact of your work in the rest of the organization.
In addition to above we see that you:
Are fluent in English, both verbal and written Are strong, humble and engaged leader with a positive mind set Have strong interest and understanding in value creation from a finance perspective Have an ability to explain complex issues in a simple way Are easy going
