Do you want to develop digital sales?

We in Vattenfall Sales B2C Nordic Online Sales need to further strengthen our great team with a Digital Sales Developer. Focus will be on digital sales within the Swedish market and you will be placed in our office in Arenastaden, Solna.
The Online Sales department is responsible for steering and management of daily sales and campaigns in digital and new media channels as well as administration and further development of digital and new media channels. All in order to deliver and execute sales targets for digital channels.

Main tasks & responsibilities
Your performance will be a major contribution in increasing sales in the digital channels by improving and developing sales processes online. You are responsible for taking an active part in business and sales development projects and running own initiatives for increased sales and improved customer experience online.
Working in close cooperation with the Marcom department and business owners as well as with technical developers and agencies are highly important responsibilities. Travelling may occur occasionally, mostly within Sweden and Finland.

As Digital Sales Developer you will:
• Run projects and initiatives to increase sales and improve market presence in digital sales channels for existing and new customers.
• Take active part in business development projects, campaigns and initiatives - executing on the digital parts
• Writing briefs to agencies for development of online marketing initiatives and web developments
• Manage platforms, operations and improvements of digital sales channels, such as the e-mail channel
• Making overall requirements to IT for web developments.

Qualifications
You hold a post-secondary education or equal work experience within a relevant field for the position. You have good understanding and are well experienced in online sales, marketing strategies and processes. Experience in project management, preferably in agile project methods, and online marketing activities will be considered as an advantage. You are skilled in driving project and process management on an operational level. You need a good business and market understanding as well as good technical understanding of digital channels. You are fluent in Swedish and have strong command of English.

Communication skills are on a high level and other people look upon you as stable and calm even in though times.
