We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Volvo Energy as Digital Product Manager - Private Charging solutions.

Digital & IT is a function within Volvo Energy. We support our customers transition to a carbon-free world through great Digital solutions and experiences that enables customers to shift to fossil-free transport operations. We truly care about the customer's business in terms of up-time, safety, and productivity. We aim at providing industry-leading digital solutions for charging at the home-depot, and on the road.
What are we looking for in this specific role?
This role is focused on building a portfolio of IT solutions to ensure Volvo Group customers can charge their vehicles and machines in their home-depot environment, using charger hardware selected by Volvo Energy.
Together with other stakeholders and colleagues, you will building digital capabilities that can be easily integrated in the customer experience the different Volvo group brands offer to commercial vehicle operators when charging at their home-depot. You will be managing a set of our charging digital products and capabilities that enables a seamless connection between charger hardware and different digital services. The portfolio includes Chargepoint Management systems, own developed solutions, and integrations to several other digital products in the Volvo Group.
You will break down needs and define roadmaps and backlogs for digital capabilities within your responsibility. You define the digital solutions best suited for these needs and define when it makes sense build own, and when to partner with other digital players in the BEV Charging Eco-system.
Time to market is of great essence, so we strive to build and learn in short development and release cycles. Together with your delivery teams within the Volvo Group, and external software partners; you will plan and deliver increments for your digital products.
The role includes owning, planning and follow up of the budget for Private charging Digital products.
This position is placed in CampX, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role
University degree relevant to the position: electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Experience from the charging market. Good understanding of the charging ecosystem and relevant protocol standards for charging like ISO15118, OCPP and OCPI. Experience from working with electromobility services, charging systems or energy infrastructure is considered an advantage.
Good Digital technology understanding with an ability to manage business and technical complexity
Good understanding and experience from Agile software development and system integrations
Ability to work and collaborate in a heterogenous environment with many different stakeholders, several development teams, both inhouse and with contracted partners in the Digital Ecosystem
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
