Description
As Digital Media Specialist you will plan, execute and run paid media for all digital channels for your product categories in the Nordics. You will work in close collaboration with fellow driven digital specialists, proactively increasing brand awareness, engagement and sales in owned channels through re-sellers.
JOB SCOPE
* The responsibility will include media buy and media efficiency in all digital marketing channels. The role will also include:
* Develop the digital marketing and communications strategy together with the Digital Team and Product Divisions.
* Plan digital campaigns and activations for product launches in all digital channels.
* Manage the implementation, optimization and follow-up of media purchases.
* Create and build the foundation to work data-driven, making efficient analyses, optimization and insight generated throughout the customer journey.
* Project lead a team of digital specialists and be accountable for your results as a team.
* Collaborate, exchange experiences and best practices with colleagues from all over the world.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Possess a wide yet deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
* Minimum 4 years of digital media buy, both brand building and commercial.
* Excellence within data driven optimization and well experienced of Martec, Adtec and the technical development of the industry.
* Track record of leading cross-functional teams.
* Full proficiency of key digital marketing and ecommerce KPIs
* Fluent in English and Swedish
