We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Thule's Global Online team at the head office in Malmö, Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a growth journey in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
About the role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible of our online marketing, driving engagement and conversions through strategic paid campaigns. Your expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, and multi-channel marketing will be key as you create and execute campaigns that inspire action and connect us with our audience. You will be working closely with our in-house marketing team and key stakeholders from product management to execute timely campaigns.
Your profile
To be successful in the role, we believe you have a bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce or equivalent. We believe you are an organized and ambitious team player that thrives in the digital landscape.
You have a strategic and commercial mindset and is not afraid to challenge the status quo to constantly optimize and improve Thule's digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage online marketing campaigns on different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant channels.
Suggest budget allocation per channel and campaign type.
Run A/B testing and ensure ongoing optimization of campaigns.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
Present monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the content team to optimize ads and landing pages.
Identify and suggest growth opportunities, including new channels, and constantly challenge the status quo to keep growing faster than the competition.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate marketing efforts and ensure a consistent brand message.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore innovative ways to enhance our online presence.

Desired skills and experience
A degree in marketing, E-commerce, or other relevant fields.
4-5 years' of experience working with digital marketing.
Proven experience in running successful multi-channel marketing programs, with a focus on paid social campaigns and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of online marketing principles and strategies.
Fluent in English.
A passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest trends in the industry.
Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
Passion for the outdoors and a genuine enthusiasm for our company's mission.
