We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing and Operations Manager in our Marketing department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by contributing to global marketing projects to effectively market Cochlear and its solutions to hearing care professionals and end users.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As we grow our bone conduction business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Relevant degree, most likely within communications, marketing or business administration.
Demonstrated skills in leading complex digital projects, preferably in a global company.
Relevant experience from leading marketing operational projects within production, translation and print.
Demonstrated track record in working with web CMS.
Relevant experience from working with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and other relevant digital tools and systems.
Regional or global marketing experience.
Experience from working with B2C and B2B marketing deliverables.
Experience in high-tech industries and preferably Med-tech / health care related is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, see possibilities, solve problems and overcome challenges.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building a safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
