About the role
In this role you are a part of the Digital Transformation team. You will be responsible for interacting with Perstorp functions finding, elaborating, prototyping and developing the digital area. This includes (but is not limited to) :
• Identifying and realizing data and data needs. Taking part in creative workshops and (digital) innovation.
• knowledge, PoC's, solutions and information.
• Project management.
• Data engineering and analysis
• Suggesting further improvements to strengthen capabilities
• Executing investigations, pre-studies and projects to deliver value to business. (also non digital)
• Part of planning and execution of strategic initiatives such as the ChangeMaker Program, Data Layer and initiatives related to Data Layer etc.
• Assisting CDO in daily task when developing the digitalization and digital transformation of Perstorp Group across the organization.
Your main tasks will also be:
For the first 12-18 months, up to 50% of the time:
Project manager with a technical background and good understanding of Perstorp processes
The role will be within Responsible Care, Main tasks will be:
• Project manager Let 's Talk Care 365 for Malmö office + Perstorp AB (in collaboration with Perstorp SC) (lead the project team, define agenda, engage external contributors, ensure practical arrangements for streaming etc.) + have a role in the global core team
• Drive continuous improvement of our processes/tools (TBD depending on profile), example: reporting/escalation, learning & development, SAP related, CI program admin, sharepoint related, audit process
• Responsible Care related communication

Continuously:
• Driving and developing the use of data within Perstorp group.
• Assisting in developing digitalization and digital transformation in Perstorp group. Searching for new tools, ways of working that can be beneficial for Perstorp and create value. Creating business cases.
• Further developing the Digital Group strategy and program.
• Assisting in running the ChangeMaker program.
Your background
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related
• Relevant working experience 3+ years in an international industry context
• Data analysis skills, including some data engineering, Power BI
• Programming e.g. Python or equal
• Project manager skills
• Analytical skills
• Business acumen
• Change management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
