Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Scania Assistance
Scania Assistance has for nearly 20 years been providing end customer support for breakdown services. The service is provided worldwide with a close collaboration with dealers and workshops.

Now, Scania Assistance has been assigned to provide first line support for Scania digital services, for example Fleet management services. It is a parallel process to Scania Assistance breakdown service, using mainly same resources, but other capabilities.

Work description and responsibilities
By managing the process cross functionally, the Digital End Customer Support Manager shall safeguard that end customers get a good and efficient support. In practice this means:


Drive that necessary capabilities and service level agreements for support functions are in place
Setting up common practices/procedures
Initiate training and follow-up targets
The process is higly exposed to end customer demand, so it needs to be flexible to change and continuous improvements


The position reports to Commercial Manager Scania Assistance.

Profile
We are looking for a team player who can get things done, can work with the context and understand the details. Managing the support flow requires process orientation, having good communication skills and customer focus. Preferably you have a degree from college or university and 3-5 years work experience. Previous experience in digital support management is seen as an advantage.

Fluent knowledge in Swedish and English is a requirement.
