Your new job
Our Brand and Communications department, Kekkilä Group, is looking for a skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our growth journey in Sweden. You have good knowledge and experience of building an influential brand presence on digital platforms. Using analytics in tracking digital performance is an everyday thing for you. You are determined to see the results but have also an innovative and creative side in you. You are able to create high-quality content and have an eye for beauty E-commerce experience is a plus, as well as an interest in the gardening business.
Great brand experience starts from inside the company, and therefore you should be keen to develop internal communication and employee advocacy. You have good social skills, and can smoothly work together with our personnel in Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Spain.
Your main tasks are:
• Support implementation of digital communications strategy to drive brand awareness
• Develop digital tools (websites, webshop, newsletter, social media, surveys)
• Plan, create and develop digital content according to the editorial calendar
• Facilitate implementation and internal trainings of knowledge & product data management systems
• Follow-up and use analytics to develop digital performance
• Support internal communications and employee advocacy in Sweden
This position is located in Hasselfors Garden 's office in Solna, Stockholm.
Main skills needed in the position:
• Thorough knowledge of digital marketing, ability to plan and create content in digital platforms and use analytics to follow-up on the results
• Good understanding of branding, communications and marketing
• Good knowledge on ICT systems, such as Salesforce and their development
• Fluent English and Swedish language skills
• Result-oriented mindset and strong project management skills
• Innovative and willing to be proactive, creative and unconventional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with good track record
