Overview
Essity is a global leader in personal care. The Personal Care business area includes Baby Care, Incontinence Products, Feminine Care and Medical Solutions with brands like Libero, Libresse, Lotus and Tena.
Libero and Libresse are focusing strongly on digital channels and now seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to accelerate and optimize these channels based on data. You will be part of a very strong and highly motivated marketing team at Essity Consumer Goods Region North. Within our team we are responsible for very strong brands with many popular products like Libero, Libresse and Tena.
The Digital Analytics Manager role will be split between two categories Baby care (Libero) and Intimate care (Libresse& Tena). In your role you will be part of the digital marketing team. Your primary responsibility is to turn data into an asset and into insights and come with recommendations to optimize our digital presence.
This role will be based in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Data Mining & Web Analytics
Set relevant KPI's and secure we measure them
Follow up on defined KPI's
Measure digital performance together with cost
Make recommendations based on data to optimize our resources and marketing spend
Create insights to use as base for decision making
Develop and set up the right dashboards and reports
Coordinate with stakeholders

Key Competencies
It is essential that you have strong analytic skills and a good digital understanding. You have extensive experience with analytics and ideally working with digital media/marketing. You are data-driven, very self-driven and have the ability to work independently, prioritize and plan. You are organized, hands-on and with an open and positive attitude.

University degree
Minimum 3 years' experience in digital media and web analytics
Knowledge on how data and trackings are enabled
Ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial recommendation
Media planning and buys. Including but not limited to SEM, email, banner ads.
A/B testing. Common knowledge on the process and assessing A/B test results.
Experience in working with websites, social media, search, apps etc.
Experience in leading projects
Strong experience in Google Analytics, Adwords and Tag Manager
Fluent in English
