As a diagnostics engineer it is required that, you have experience from automotive diagnostics. Your role will be to guide and support SW developers and ECU developers with the documentation in the creation of diagnostics objects and aftermarket tools. To succeed as an ALTEN consultant it is not always the formal qualifications that are the most important. Of course, you need a broad knowledge base, but it is as important to have the right attitude, to be passionate about what you do, to be curious and driven. Personal attributes that we value is your ability to act independent and that you are business minded. You are positive, outgoing, you have a curiosity on new technologies and you are a pro at creating and keeping good relations with our customers.
Skills we are look for:
• Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc.
• Experience from Automotive industry is meritorious.
• Good analytical skills.
• Service minded.
• Good at writing documents and guidelines.
It is also important to have an eye for details, able to question others work, the ability to enforce rules and a way of thinking.
