www.swediumglobal.com Job description: As a member in the BI Operations team, you will be part of a team operating and maintaining the main Business Intelligence platforms. Our mission is to improve and facilitate the company core business. - Finding new revenue opportunities by leveraging our vast data warehouses and more efficiently target key demographics for future campaigns. You will work as a Cloud Technician Expert in this area, together with vendors and architects in different areas with implementation and configuration plans. Be a part of pre-studies, proof-of concept projects and using your knowledge and expertise to increase quality and speed of the delivery. Your responsibilities will include the following: * Act as a Subject Matter Expert, doing value adding services for pre-studies or requirements work lead by Architects * Interface with all supporting infrastructure teams within the company as part of your role * Service-level responsibility for Deploy, schedule, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Azure cloud platform and related network infrastructures Hold hands-on experience with automation in Azure cloud Have good understanding of cloud virtualization and experience within Windows or Red Hat stack Possess strong demonstrable cloud skills in PowerShell or Bash scripting Prioritize efforts to efficiently handle troubleshooting, and develop tools and scripts to automate support activities Must haves: * Minimum of 5 years' experience of operating and maintaining Cloud or Windows servers * Moderate networking skills, familiar with load balancers, OTP, 2FA, Express route, firewalls, routing * moderate to expert skills in Azure * ITIL Certification * A fact-based world view, likes measuring and statistics * Self-sufficient and used to working autonomously Optional: * IIS Experience * Windows Clustering Experience * Familiar with Azure-products * Familiar with PowerBI * SSAS/SSIS Experience * Experience with working with offshore teams Experience in working with Kanban/scrumban
