Volvo Cars is a company on a mission; to bring traditional car manufacturing into a connected, sustainable and smart future.
Since 1927, we have been a brand known for our commitment to safety, creating innovative cars that make life less complicated for our consumers. In 2010, we decided to transform our business, resulting in a totally new generation of cars and technologies, as well as steady growth and record sales. Today, we're expanding our global footprint in Europe, China and the US, and we're on the lookout for new talent.
We are constantly pushing our own skills and abilities to drive change in the automobile industry like never before. We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars' journey into the future.
Insight Lab
Insight Lab created itself three years ago and has since then proven its strong value to many thousand collaborators. Now Insight Lab is quickly scaling up, and we need you to help us redefine our organization as an established Lab as well as our main product, UNIFY, Volvo Cars own Knowledge Graph platform.
Insight Lab enables Volvo Cars to fearlessly ride dependencies and complexity. We give people decision-making superpowers by revealing all sorts of actionable insights hidden within Volvo Cars data sources. We believe knowledge can be made available to everyone. We do that by effectively breaking silos throughout the company with the help of the exciting and limitless graph technologies and graph data sciences.
Are you an explorer, working beyond the edges of your job description? Are you not scared in front of seemingly impossible challenges and ready to go all in for them, daring to take risks and grow?
At Insight Lab you will work in a friendly, self-organizing, cross-functional team with a strong feeling of co-ownership. Insight Lab is a hybrid workplace enabling home, on-site and off-site working. Here is the place where creativity will be valued in everything you do and however you do it. And you will join us to be an active co-creator of the Insight Lab experiment.
