One of our development teams, Online Sales, is looking for their new Team Lead - someone who can guide and lead the team in their daily work. The Online Sales team develops, supports and maintains our global eCommerce site with 54 different storefronts.

Your main responsibility will be to drive the agile development process within the team, and be someone the team can bounce ideas off on a daily basis. It's important that you are interested in processes, people and our technical solutions!
The team consists of 7 developers (frontend and backend) and one specialist. We work closely with architects, UX designers and our Product Owner. We all have one common goal, to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers in a fast-changing environment.

Our tech stack mainly consists of React, Node.js and AWS serverless suite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Facilitate and oversee day-to-day operation and ensuring internal team ceremonies are executed
Set, implement, and continuously improve way of working within the team
Optimise knowledge sharing within and across teams and strive for an innovative, forward-thinking culture
Work together with your manager in re-defining and realising a vision, strategy and plan for the area of responsibility
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure relevant input is provided for decision-making and planning
From time to time, we would like you to actively contribute to the development of functions and features with the team.

WHO YOU ARE
Have previous experience in a leading role within software development
You find inspiration in optimizing the way of working in a team
Are able to facilitate technical discussions around design, processes and testing
Have knowledge of Node.js/React/Javascript development and patterns
Have a degree in computer science, a similar field or equivalent

IT IS CONSIDERED A PLUS IF YOU
Are well acquainted with ecommerce business processes
Understand continuous delivery, test automation and best practices for writing and testing code
Are well acquainted with the full development cycle and have prior knowledge of AWS services
