We are looking for a service- and solution oriented Development Coordinator who wants to join Borealis in Stenungsund. Here you will be a part of a sustainability driven company and our HR organisation. Go beyond boundaries with us!This is role is part-time (80%) and a temporary employment from 2019-09-01 until 2020-12-31. Reasons to become part of our talent(ed) team:As Development Coordinator at Borealis you will be part of the HR organisation and be responsible for practical planning, coordination, communication, implementation and follow up of learning and development initiatives. You will get directions from Business Partners and Line managers, which also are the persons that you collaborate the most with. You would also be part of an international learning network. By coordinating, developing and planning the learning activities, you play an important part ensuring the competence development of Borealis employees! In our desire to drive forward, we expect you to contribute by....Operationally deliver existing local learning & development initiatives, as well as to communicate these to various stakeholders such as Business Partners, Line managers and EmployeesOversee and plan/schedule the overall coordination of learning & development activities which may include sourcing of trainers, guest speakers, educational consultants requested by business partners and line managersBuild and maintain relationships with external suppliers such as coaches, trainers and speakersGetting familiar with learning & development systems (Horizon) and contribute to development records and statistics are maintainedContributing to training effectiveness and quality by follow-ups, training observations and tests As Development Coordinator, you have a post-secondary education, preferably in HR, administration or economy. However, a technical education background or years' work experience could be interesting. You preferably have 1-2 years of professional work experience where structure, planning and coordination was the most common task - which you really enjoy. Since that is your key tasks at Borealis as well, we really do believe that you are good at prioritizing and have a drive for success. We also do believe that you are reliable and accountable for your commitments. Being able to communicate well, express clear messages and expectations is a key behaviour for us - which is not a challenge for you!
