Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of inhouse and outsourced developers and ensuring the team are adhering to the software quality standards set by the company
• Producing the technical specification and managing the code development process
Experience:
• At least 3 year of documented full-time experience from Bitcoin or Ethereum development
• Experience of leading team of developers (inhouse or outsourced)
• Deep experience of low-level hardware/software interaction
• Deep experience of network protocols and security
• Educational background in cryptography or applied mathematics considered a strong plus
Other requirements:
• Swedish basic conversational ability
• English advanced written and verbal communication ability
• Russian written and verbal communication ability (communications with outsourced development team in Belarus and/or Ukraine
