As a Developer you will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation.
As a NSI Solution Consultant you will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation.
To facilitate further growth in Ericsson BICP/S business, key is highly motivated Solution Consultant in the fast developing domain BICP/S Digital BSS and IoT/M2M.
The Solution Consultant in NSI organization is the center of activities, entailing a high level of interactions with end customer, operations and internal Ericsson teams. Critical pre-requisite of these highly visible and senior roles is a strong business acumen supported by deep technical knowledge and organization skills.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Support Ericsson key deals as in Demo, PoC, installation, integration and Business Configuration
• Support Ericsson lead Customer project as Solution Consultant in early phases
• Analyze, propose and implement solutions
• Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
• Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
• Contribute in project HLD/LLD deliverables etc

BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

• Experience from Cloud, Database, Migration, integration
• Experience from Telecommunication and IP/IT
• Experience and knowledge of IT or Telecom standards and protocol
• Knowledge in enterprise framework such as eTOM, TOGAF
