Arbeitsaufgaben
Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter ist es Ihre Aufgabe stets ein herausragendes, persönliches und kundenorientiertes Erlebnis zu bieten, das den Bedürfnissen aktueller und zukünftiger Kunden vom Einkauf bis hin zum Besitz gerecht wird.
Als Markenbotschafter für Polestar ist Ihre kundenorientierte Rolle entscheidend um unsere Mission, die Gesellschaft in der wir leben zu verbessern, zu unterstützen und unser Markenversprechen zum Leben zu erwecken.
Interessieren, engagieren und informieren Sie potenzielle Käufer und gegenwärtige Besitzer in An- und Rückrufen, sowie zahlreichen anderen sozialen Kanälen.
Informieren Sie Kunden leidenschaftlich über die Marke Polestar und unsere Produkte und führen Sie Kunden effizient und zuverlässig durch ein problemloses Serviceerlebnis indem Sie hilfreiche und schnelle Antworten geben und dem Kunden Schritt für Schritt helfen.
Setzen Sie immer den Kunden in den Fokus.
Lösen Sie Probleme.
Lernen und teilen Sie Ihre Erfahrungen mit uns, damit wir das Kundenerlebnis von Polestar ständig verbessern und sicherstellen können, dass sich unsere Kunden gut aufgehoben fühlen und die benötigte Hilfe erhalten.
Polestar ist eine unabhängige Marke für Elektroautos die von Volvo Cars und Geely Holding gegründet wurde. Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter für ein Start-up Unternehmen sind Sie Teil eines kleines Teams, haben aber den Vorteil Teil einer grossen Organisation zu sein.
Es wird auch die Möglichkeit geben in den Abendstunden, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten. Wir stehen unseren Kunden sowohl abends als auch am Wochenende zur Verfügung!
Über Sie
Wir bei Sitel Group glauben, dass Ihre Persönlichkeit wichtiger ist als Ihre bisherigen Qualifikationen und erfordern daher keine Berufserfahrung. Qualifikationen
Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Konversationsfähigkeit in Englisch
Führerschein Klasse B
Kein Eintrag im Strafregister
EDV-Grundkenntnisse
Besondere Qualifikationen
Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder in anderen Dienstleistungsberufen
Erfahrungen im Verkauf

Work tasks
As a Customer Care Specialist your job is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personal and customer experience addressing the needs of current and future customers across the shopping and ownership journey. As a Polestar brand ambassador your customer-facing role is crucial in supporting our mission to improve the society we live in and bring our brand promise to life.
Excite, engage and educate prospective buyers and current owners through inbound and outbound activities, across an array of channels.
Passionately educate customers about the Polestar brand and our products, and efficiently and reliably guide customers through a hassle-free service experience, by providing helpful and timely answers and seamlessly connecting the dots.
Always put the customer first. Figure things out. Learn and share back so that we can constantly improve the Polestar customer experience and ensure our customers feel cared for and get the help needed.
Polestar is the independent electric performance car brand founded by Volvo Cars and Geely Holding. Operating as a start-up and you will be a part of a small team but with the benefits of being a part of a big organisation.
Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays. We are available for our customers both evenings and weekends!
About you
At Sitel Group, we believe that your personality is more important than your past qualifications and therefore do not require previous professional experience. But to fit in here, we believe that you are positive and helpful, have a good communicative ability and have an interest in cars. You are also efficient, take responsibility for your work tasks and adapt easily to new situations. You also have the ability to learn, understand and clearly convey brand, business and technical concepts in a simple way.
Requirement
Fluent in German in both spoken and written.
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Driving license - B
Clean criminal record
Basic computer skills
Qualification
Previous experience in customer service or other service profession is meriting.
