About the role At Mynewsdesk we love great design, and now we need to strengthen our design team with another design talent. Needless to say user experience and product design will be key to Mynewsdesk's continued success in our markets. With an expanding product and communication through multiple channels in many geographical markets. To scale our business globally, more focus has to be put on user experience and simplicity in order to convert users online. Who are we looking for? To meet all these challenges, we're looking for a driven, motivated and talented person to join our design team in Stockholm. You will have prior experience working with user-friendly design for digital channels and web based applications and services. With a stand out portfolio that shows a great attention to detail - you will think nothing of making sure every pixel or vector looks perfect before you're done. With offices around the globe all requesting design work, the workload requires design for both digital and print material, something that you think is challenging and a lot of fun! We work in an agile and creative environment in cross functional product development teams, where designers work really closely with web developers and product owners to create the most efficient and easy to use tools possible for communication professionals. You will report to the Head of Design and work alongside our Art director, UX designer and developers to keep delivering the world's finest digital PR platform. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing material and online campaigns for our global marketing department. This position is located at the Head quarters, at Södermalm in Stockholm.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Requirements 2-3 years experience from design or web agency. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously. Excellent design skill and experience from product design. Proficiency in HTML, CSS desired Experience in JavaScript/?jQuery, Bootstrap Front-end framework or similar tools for creating websites and web applications desired. Experienced user of the Adobe Creative Suite Ability to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; balancing pixel-perfect design against low-fi design to optimise workflow and process. Strong design portfolio that showcases deep visual and interaction design skills. Good spoken English. Mobile experience is a plus.
