As a Demand Planner at Carlsberg Sweden, you'll take ownership of and lead the forecasting process, ensuring a high service level and an efficient, cost-effective supply chain. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders and play a pivotal role in our success.
What you'll be doing
The core operational tasks of the Demand Planner include data analysis, deviation root causing, and collaborative meetings to take part in the latest market input. All of these are important components in the creation of the best possible sales forecast. As Demand Planner, you are expected to drive and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning process for a specific product portfolio, reaching a consensus with our stakeholders, and securing a long-term strategic forecast.
Collaboration and communication are of utmost importance, and you will play an important role in creating a well-functioning supply chain. As a Demand Planner, you will act as an important link between the Local Supply Company and the Local Commercial Company. The position is located at our Swedish HQ in Solna and you will be working in a team reporting directly to Head of Demand Planning.
What we're looking for
You have a university degree in engineering or business, preferably in Supply Chain Management. You have practical experience in Demand Planning or in Supply chain management. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience as a system superuser or involvement in the implementation of a planning system is considered a merit. To be suitable for this position, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
