hela Sverige The Central Team for Spare parts is responsible for managing the supply of goods from external suppliers and Husqvarna factories to sales companies and distributors. Our task is to make sure spare parts availability to our customers when they are needed and balance this against capital efficiency. We are currently in an exciting phase where we recently have implemented a new planning tool and focus is to maximize the value of its capabilities.
As Demand & Supply Planner you play a key role in the interface between our product category, factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. In the team, you will work with experienced team-members, and Team Spirit is a key for success.
Areas of responsibility
Secure delivery performance from our Central Warehouse in Jönköping as well as from our Regional Distribution Centers according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations
Provide forecasts to factories/suppliers on a regular basis. Analyze demand plans to ensure that factories/suppliers are provided with the correct information, and inform on changes in supply plan.
Place orders to factories/suppliers and monitor deliveries.
Inventory management
In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply according to agreed allocation
Coordinate product phase in/out. Be a part of article creation process as well as article elimination process.
Support solving quality issues
Develop and improve current processes

Qualifications
We require someone who has a university degree in logistics or economics or work experience from similar position. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
As a person we see that you're structured and have the ability to plan and prioritize your daily work . We also see that you're analytic with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions based on data. Lastly we also believe that you are a problem solver with the curiosity to always look for a better solutions.
Location
The position is located at our Huskvarna office.
