hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a cooperative and analytical Demand Planner for an assignment at our customer 's premises in Gästriland. The assignment is to be appointed as soon as possible. You will start as an employee at ValueOne with the intention to be transferred to a permanent position at the company after completed assignment.

The role
As Demand Planner you will have responsibility for the European region and work closely with the company 's sales teams in Europe, CIS, West Africa and the Middle East. Your task is to drive the sales and operations planning processes with the aim to carry out production plans and manage relevant stock levels at warehouses in the region. The role means that you will be an important speaking partner and sounding board to the company 's global Supply Chain Development team, the sales organization and other relevant stakeholders.
Other important tasks:
Spot trends and analyze data in a state-of-the-art planning tool.
Undertake weekly operational plans with consideration to KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, warehouse inventory levels and net working capital.
Actively drive and implement development activities in the appointed region.
Initiate new ways of working with systems, processes and documentation.
Experience and competence
To be appointed to the position you need to have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Economy, or equivalent working experience. We also like you to have at least one year of experience within Supply Chain Management as well as knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems in general. Specifically, proficiency in forecast and product planning in Excel is important. Furthermore you need very good written and verbal skills in English. Additional skills in Swedish is meritorious.
Personal characteristics such as an analytical and strategic mindset with a natural ability to plan and forecast numbers and statistics is important to be successful in the role. We also expect you to have good collaboration and communication skills. You are a socially skilled person who easily builds trust and strong network, you are inspiring and challenge your stakeholders in performing accurate reporting and planning. You find it easy to be creative and constantly seek improvements in your daily work.
