Our operational focus is to continuously improve the efficiency of our service delivery by digitalization, process development (Lean), using best practices and having skillful personnel.
We are now looking for a Delivery Manager, Payroll & HR Services to be responsible for the Sundbyberg site.
Publiceringsdatum2016-03-15ArbetsuppgifterAs a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the management of the daily payroll and HR service delivery and employees, financial performance of the Sundbyberg site and customer interaction according to Aditro governance model. Essential part of your work will be the development of operations and processes according to Lean. You will also contribute to the overall development of BPO Sweden & Denmark operations and be part of the local management team.
Kvalifikationer• Previous experience in HR and payroll service delivery either in in-house function or service center environment
• Competence in developing operations and processes (for example based on Lean)
• Knowledge of HR and payroll systems
• Leadership skills and business understanding
• Solid written and verbal presentation and communication skills in Swedish and English
• University degree or equivalent knowledge
As a person you are customer focused, change oriented and enjoy working with several type of tasks at the same time.
