The scope
In this role, you will be part of Resurs Bank's IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank and our external providers. This will give you the opportunity to work in a true entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us to a fintech company.
The role is a key success factor in our ambition to provide the best possible products and services to our partners / customer. You will work in a team with competent and engaged colleagues and report to the IT Service Delivery Manager.
The scope of the role is mainly to:
• Establish and maintain an efficient governance structure together with Intellect Design Arena (the supplier of our new CBP) with the purpose to ensure continuous improvements of our products and services
• Maintain an efficient governance with the suppliers of our current Core Banking Platform to ensure an efficient delivery
• Enable us to decommission our current solution when the new CBP is implemented - will be a phased approach
• Responsible for the governance of other suppliers providing solutions related to our new CBP
• Enable us to take data driven decisions by ensuring good transparency of the delivery by e.g. providing useful reports and suggest measures
• Ensure cost efficiency in your area of responsibility
Some typical activities
• Have a dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to capture areas of improvement
• Responsible for / participate in relevant governance forums
• Support the Product Teams using components of the current and new CBP
• Build positive and productive working relationships between internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
• Evaluate the performance of the suppliers and take needed actions
• Actively engaged in negotiations
• Being a source of inspiration by looking outside Resurs Bank to capture good ideas
About you
To succeed in this role, we see that you have
• An academic and practical approach in handling challenges
• A proven track record in working with external IT providers
• Experienced in contractual discussions and decisions
• Technical competency - ability to clearly demonstrate how technology can enable and support business strategy
• Migration, transition and transformation experience
• Problem solving and decision making - deals with complex issues, develops solutions to remove barriers and uses judgment to make sound and dependable decisions
• A holistic view to understand the context and see possibilities of improvements
• Coaching skills to ensure that stakeholders are listening to you
• Good communication and presentation skills
Working independently or in a team doesn't matter since you are self-organized and a true team player at the same time.
You are fluent in English and preferable in one of the Nordic languages, both speech and writing.
Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Malmö and Helsingborg. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs Bank office as you sometimes might need to be on site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.
If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.

Employment rate: Full time
Working hours: Normal office hour and we have flextime
Office: You can choose to be based in our Malmö or Helsingborg office
Remote work: You have the possibility to work from home some days
