Our main responsibilities are: Service Strategy & Planning: Define Volvo infrastructure strategic direction and related roadmaps, and steer IT infrastructure services transformations accordingly. Manage the Group Service Portfolio and drive the associated innovationProject Portfolio Management: Manage the portfolio of IT infrastructure services projects and initiatives performed by Volvo or in collaboration with the suppliers, in order to achieve Volvo Strategic objectivesDemand management: Manage the relationship with all Volvo group entities, regarding IT Infrastructure services. Capture and manage business and Service Delivery Units requests and needs, with the objective to maximize the business value and business efficiency of IT servicesService Delivery Management: Ensure that all services deliveries are meeting agreed service levelsOnsite services: manage local demand and local deliveries of IT Infrastructure services., manage local Truck Division/Business Areas (TD/BAs) relationships/interface, drive local run-time quality improvementOnsite NorthOnsite North is a regional function consisting of more than 140 employees and consultants in Sweden and Russia. This function is responsible for onsite deliveries in this region, working in close co-operation with other Group IT functions, Volvo Group TD/BAs and the partner for Infrastructure Services - HCL.GOT OfficeGOT Office is a team placed in Gothenburg consisting of 11 employees and 4 consultants. This function manages the local demand and local deliveries of IT Infrastructure services and IT equipment for the TD/BAs located in Gothenburg - all together about 15 000 users.We are now looking for a Delivery LeaderIn this role you will be reporting to the Manager of Onsite North GOT Office who has the overall responsibility for the delivery.Wanted profileAs a delivery leader in this position you need to have the ability to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in managing deliveries and people. You will be responsible for team development to secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery. You will also support the Onsite Manager to identify competence and development needs, develop team members skills and plan time for individual training, cross training within the team and knowledge sharing.The Delivery Leader is highly involved in the operational work and needs to have good knowledge of Volvo business IT demands and analytical skills to be able to support the business with fit for need, high quality, cost efficient solutions. You will also be involved in stakeholder requirements needs, end user studies, process definitions, pre-studies to find optimal solutions.You will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important you have an innovative and creative mind-set in order to inspire and challenge your team. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your team, understanding how these contribute to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.Position description You will have the responsibility for the performance and deliverables of the IT Contact team in GOT. You are accountable for managing and optimizing the IT services delivered within your scope, drive standardization and to ensure consistency of the deliveries. Your organization drives continuous improvements in their context working in defined TD/BA process as well as within defined IT processes (ITIL).
