We are looking for a Delivery Area Manager which is called IT Service Responsible (ISR) within H&M. In this role you will be responsible for the area Release and Quality Assurance (RQA). RQA is an area within the IT division BoPo which supports the Buying and Production business areas. BoPo consists of several projects- and maintenance teams that regularly release software in joint releases. RQA provide unique cross functional knowledge and is responsible for release management, end to end testing and quality assurance in these releases and to make sure that all of the systems work together as intended. The Delivery Area Manager is the overall responsible for the management team and the area involving appr. 35 people.
As in all Delivery Areas within BOPO some parts of the delivery is done offshore, predominantly in the test automation and test execution process. Now we are looking for ways to develop and accelerate this delivery.

As a Delivery Area Manager we need a leader with great collaboration and communication skills and drive. You have a strategic and tactical mindset and have the ability to make things happen in practice. Experience and a great interest within questions related to release management are important as well as from test processes and in-house development. You have a strong feeling of responsibility and an ability to prioritize and balance between solving "here and now" problems and issues with long-term focused changes.
Your responsibilities
The job of a Delivery Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Leading the Delivery Area Management team consisting of Staff- and Sourcing responsible, Release Managers and Test Manager.
• Collaborate with Division Management and business representatives to secure a good steering of releases and the area as such.
• Secure that major releases are delivered to business with high quality at the right time and for the best price.
• Develop the RQA area and be in the leading edge of release, environments and test processes within BOPO.
• Delivery- and budget responsibility for the area.
• Build BOPO release and test knowledge.
• Working with roadmap and strategy for the area and steer-support-follow up that the strategy is implemented and in line with the H&M and IT Strategy.

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams from roles like IT Project Manager or System Responsible
• Experience of IT Maintenance management.
• Experience from Release & Test management.
• Good Swedish and English communication skills
