Bravura is currently looking for a Service Designer for Blueair. Blueair's core business is design and manufacturing of air purifiers, with products sold in 64 countries globally. The company was founded in1996 with 30 employees in their headquarters in the centre of Stockholm. They also have offices in China, India, Hong Kong and US. You will be part of the Service Design group and work in close cooperation with the Product Development and Sales team. This is a new role and a great opportunity to evolve alongside a company that is expanding. Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a Service Designer for Blueair, you will be responsible of developing high end consumer and customer services to maintain Blueair's lead as one of the strongest air purifier-brands in the world. This includes viewing the brand through the eye of the consumer and developing the best consumer and customer services. The responsibilities include developing new consumer and customer services, conducting research and staying updated with consumer experience feedback, so that you can present concrete results to decision makers within the company. Documentation and preparing presentations will be common tasks in your role. Moreover, amongst other things you will facilitate workshops with internal and external parties, with the purpose of creatively developing a better customer service experience. Blueair is currently expanding their service design and you will play an important role in this process, in close cooperation with the Head of Business Development. This is a position that will allow the right person to grow and develop professionally as the responsibilities increase. To take on this role, you will need to have a passion and interest for service design, as well as a good understanding of consumer behavior.

Kvalifikationer
Education:
• Completed academic education in a relevant area, Service Design or equal
Formal requirements:
• 0-3 years of work experience
• Sufficient experience in project management as well as planning and coordinating your own work
• Workshop facilitation experience
Further requirements:
• Excellent English skills, oral and written
