Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Commercial Service Methods is a department within Dealer Operations which belongs to Commercial Operations support function.

Job description
We are a very important group that enables the Scania service network to meet the Commercial Operations targets. To succeed we now extend our team and looking for Dealer Development Managers.

Our mission is to develop, improve, maintain and implement commercial service methods incl. processes, supporting tools, identifying competence needs and setting training demands. It means being close to where the business is conducted, continuously learning the customers and our business needs, challenge and develop ways of working, driving towards set targets and adding value.

Your profile
You're a driving and engaging person who has a great interest and experience in the commercial part of the business, preferably from commercial automotive industry. You take lead and initiatives, you see opportunities and are eager to reach our goals. You are also able to understand and define visions, set targets and set the strategy how to step forward. You have previous experience or are very curious about commercial questions as sales, sales strategies and processes, trainings, etc. It's also equal important that you have an understanding of the customer's business. You have good communication skills and have the ability to get people "onboard" and engaged. It is also important that you can establish networks both within as outside Scania. Agile experience and understanding sees as a merit.

The position requires that you are business fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages always considers as a merit.
