The role
We are looking for a Data Warehouse/ETL engineer who will join our small but growing data analytics team. Our team's focus the last year has been to create optimal conditions for the business to work analysis-driven - and now we are ready to pull off the work for real.
As the team's "SQL and data warehouse Wiz" you will initially focus on development of the existing data warehouse and related extraction, transformation, and load of data. After sorting that out you will work broader with data analytics and data modelling in parallel with continued development of our data warehouse. As we are a small team the boarders between tasks are blurry and we work a lot together to deliver the most value to the business.
As Sileo Kapital is part of B2 holding ASA which consists of companies in 20+ countries in Europe you will in addition to your responsibilities in Sileo have the opportunity to work on international projects in other B2 entities and collaborate across borders on projects.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a team-oriented colleague with a strong inner drive, a big interest in data analytics and a will and an ability to constantly learn and develop new skills. Although the personal qualities are most important, you also need the following in your backpack to be able to do the job:
• Excellent understanding (and hands-on experience) of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including writing complex stored procedures and views.
• Experience in developing ETL solutions - both the conceptual understanding and practical experience of building data streams.
• Fluent English speaker.
Nice to have, but not a must is:
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Experience in Python: pandas, scikit-learn, Jupyter.
• Experience from data visualisation: matplotlib, Tableau.
• Experience in using the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Swedish speaker.
