As a Data Scientist at this company your job will be to:
• Develop machine learning techniques on a vast amount of data
• Work closely with IT and the business department to develop the journey of data through the company
• Develop statistical models to avoid churn and also next best offer models

In this role it is crucial with experience of working as a Data Scientist, as it is a senior role. With this you should have experience in:
• 5 years hands on experience of programming in R or Python
• Experience of working in Hadoop is a plus
• You should have come across SAS (Both SAS Base, EG and EM)
• Your academic background should be in statistics or mathematics, but if you have relevant working experience this could be a plus as well
