We are looking for a Data Maintenance Specialist for Stena Line Onboard Services, a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavica. Our mission is to function as the purchasing function within Stena Line, and to develop as well as deliver company-wide concepts within Food, Beverage and Retail to be implemented onboard all of our vessels across Europe.
As Data Maintenance Specialist you are a part of the team and function OBS Support/Data Maintenance Team. Your main responsibility is data maintenance for articles within Food, Beverage and Retail in our systems. You handle errands from our vessels regarding article set up and continuously monitoring new as well as existing articles. Other tasks are:
• System setups regarding customers and suppliers
• Setting up and correcting discounts and offers
• Ongoing operational development of processes and routines
• Part test team within number of projects
• Administrate customer service issues in our system Efecte
Who are you?
We believe you have worked a few years within customer support and data maintenance. To understand and handle different systems comes easy to you and you quickly adapt to new routines. As a person you are motivated by learning new things and adding value to both the business as well as your personal development. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, handling a lot of different tasks simultaneously and still maintaining a good structure. As a true service person, you are passionate about getting the best for our customers and work hard to exceed your goals. You know the importance of good teamwork and are also able to work independently with excellent results.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You also have a strong knowledge in Excel, and preferable you have worked with JDE, Charm, LS Retail or similar systems.
