Volvo Cars Customer care is looking for a talented data Engineer to join our global team!
What you'll do
Your main responsibilities will be to create a competitive global data platform within Customer Care to secure our Performance Steering and transformation journey. You will work with a lot of stakeholders internally customer care and within Volvo cars. You have vast experience in Customer Care, data governance, Microsoft Azure, data integrations and our source systems such as Salesforce, Five 9 and Meddallia and know how to optimize our data flows efficiently.
What you'll bring
Solid experience in the work duties above and you are curios team player with an eye for details that also like to share your knowledge across Customer Care to build knowledge in tech.
Education
Bachelor degree in data science or similar education
Language
Fluent in English
