The Data And AI Engineer:
Drives the technical direction of BI/AI projects, focusing on architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals and sustainability.
Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure that BI/AI solutions effectively meet the needs of the business while being scalable and maintainable.
Plays a key role in technology selection, system design, and the implementation of innovative BI/AI solutions that drive competitive advantage.
Provides technical support and guidance to other departments to ensure effective use of BI/AI technologies.
Conducts training sessions and workshops to upskill staff on BI/AI tools and methodologies.
What Skills & Experiences We're Looking For:
Relevant programming skills for BI/AI development.
Proficient in data processing languages such as Python, R, SQL.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques.
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions like BigQuery.
Ability to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes.
Experience with model deployment and monitoring in a production environment.
