Description
For one of the client's team working with Managing, Governing, Educating and Advancing capability in Web, Visual & Experimentation they are searching for a new team member. Experimentation, Web & Visual Analytics Product Team is driving forward the ability to take data informed decisions across the company at a massive scale using best in class tools.
The team can be described as highly experienced colleagues and they have a great teamwork. Really easy going where feedback from all is valuable. The client is looking for you who are a team player, analytical and solution oriented.
Work tasks:
• Responsibility for enabling web and visual analytics capabilities for BT product teams and other parts of the organization
• Training & Education within Web- and Visual Analytics (with support of Content Square)
• The go-to person for knowledge and expertise of Web & Visual Analytics
• Exploring data for generating actionable insights
• Supporting product teams with KPI definitions and setup
• Web- and Visual Analytics support for BT and rest of the organization
• Data extraction and dashboard creation
• Web and Visual Analytics troubleshooting
• Setting up ways-of-working and best practices
• User management and tool administration
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Seniority level at least 3-5 years of experience working with Web & Visual Analytics
• Very comfortable delivering training & education sessions/workshops to large groups of stakeholders
• Logical thinking and an analytical mindset
• Interpreting data for driving actionable insights
• Fundamental technical knowledge
• Conversion rate optimization
• Web development
• Strong and very experienced Web analytics background in Google Analytics
• Google Analytics (Web Analytics)
• ContentSquare (Visual Analytics)
• Optimizely (Experimentation)
• Data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Power BI/Tableau)
• Tealium (Tag management)
Preferred personal qualities:
• Strong and very experienced Web analytics background in Google Analytics
• Very comfortable delivering training & education sessions/workshops to large groups of stakeholders
• Logical thinking and an analytical mindset
• Interpreting data for driving actionable insights
