We are now looking for a Data Analyst Manager to join our product team in Göteborg. What You'll Do
The Monocl platform is a rich ecosystem with key information about researchers, physicians, health care providers and more all over the world. At its core are research activities such as scientific publications, clinical trials, grants, and news articles. We are working daily to improve the platform with new and exciting content. The data is gathered using an automated machine learning approach combined with a manual approach - both requiring tight coordination and supervision. You will have daily interactions with our content team in Ukraine, as well as with the development team in Göteborg and with other external data providers. You will be implementing new metrics for our data quality and you will also be executing quality assurance reviews yourself.
Who you are
We believe you have a genuine eye for detail and that you are a great communicator who is easy to work with. You apply a highly structured and organized approach to your daily work and you have a natural talent for seeing what needs to be done. You will be part of crafting Monocl's content strategy and prioritize among key sources for implementation. You have a pedagogic approach and the ability to guide and instruct members of the team to achieve success, instructing other team members on how they should work in order to implement this strategy.
Technical master's degree with at least one year of work experience.
Great understanding of how databases are built and how they are structured.
Professional background in life sciences is strongly preferred.
Additional language skills and past experience of customer success platforms are preferred.
