hela Sverige We are now helping our customer within the fashion industry to find a Data Analyst who can join their team in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time with start asap and until 30th of June 2025.
About the roleJoin an innovative retail organization as a Data Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making. This consulting assignment offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across global and regional teams, supporting strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis. You will analyze customer behavior, store and online growth, and store planning, delivering actionable insights that shape the future of retail.
Responsibilities Collaborate with global and regional retail stakeholders to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
Transform complex business questions into structured analyses, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
Analyze large datasets, applying SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or other analytics tools to develop effective models and methods.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions and provide timely insights.
Lead analyses, derive key insights, and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
About you
You are a skilled data analyst with a strong analytical mindset and business acumen. Your ability to translate data into strategic insights makes you a valuable partner for stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and can manage your own projects while effectively communicating complex findings in a clear and compelling way.
Experience and skills 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Python, R, or Power BI.
Strong ability to interpret and visualize data, providing actionable business insights.
Experience working with large datasets and developing analytical models.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with business stakeholders globally.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
