Dance auditionsfor GöteborgsOperans Danskompani 2015/2016The dance company consists of 38 dancers and is an international, contemporary dance company based at the Göteborg Opera. The company attracts legendary dance artists as well as some of the most interesting young choreographers, and inspires them to create ground-breaking works.

Original creations for the company include works by Sharon Eyal, Franck Chartier, Stijn Celis, Alexander Ekman, Richard Siegal, Hiroaki Umeda, Sidi Larbi Cherokaoui, Saburo Teshigawara, Anton Lachky, Ina Christel Johannssen, Michael Keegan Dolan and Alan Lucien Øyen.

Adolphe Binder, Artistic Director of GöteborgsOperans Danskompani is looking for
Dancers with a high level of dance theatre and performance skills with at least 3 years of post-educational professional dance experience - A strong artistic signature is required for the participatory creative processes that create our dynamic repertory.

The company is offering contract(s) for both men and women of 6 months to 1 year. The contracts will start in July 2015.

The auditions will be held on the following dates in:

The Hague, 1 November. Application deadline 12 October
Hamburg, 21 December. Application deadline 23 November
Gothenburg, 10 & 11 January. Application deadline 14 December
