We are growing and need a new mechanic to join our team ASAP!
Your primary objective is to service and repair bikes to the very high standard that Velotek has always delivered. That work will cover a spectrum of jobs from basic punctures and tyre changes, to a variety of more advanced gear and brake jobs. Ultimately you should prove to very quickly become capable of doing a full service on a variety of different bike types (standard, eBikes, cargobikes, etc).
You should come to us with a "solid" base of bike service and repair knowledge, and even more importantly display an ability to learn very quickly.
We are a small team, so we all get involved in most aspects of this business, and so will you. This will include such things as serving customers (face-to-face and over the phone), managing the daily workshop calendar, using our POS system for product and service sales, receiving deliveries, and a variety of other daily tasks.
As the "perfect" applicant, you must be a reliable person who brings great energy and positivity, learns quickly, can speak Swedish and English fluently, can work autonomously when required, and most important of all, has a great sense of humour!
You must be available full-time from April through to October (with potential for on-going work if you are awesome)!
You will be provided with all the tools, work-clothes, training and support needed to become a great member of our team.
