The Cybersecurity Incident Responder will be responsible for investigating cybersecurity incidents that affect the company's supply chain or internal systems. This role will require a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, knowledge of industry best practices, and an ability to learn quickly. The Cybersecurity Incident Responder works in close liaison with Volvo Group's Security Incident Response (SOC) team and reports incidents to the Volvo Group Truck Purchasing's Business Information Security Officer (BISO)

Key areas of responsibility:
Receive notifications of cybersecurity incidents from external sources, such as suppliers or the Volvo Group's SOC team
Investigate the impact of cybersecurity incidents on the company's operations, data privacy, IP, and other areas as needed
Collaborate with other teams in case of internal cybersecurity incidents, to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
Document incident response activities and produce incident reports
Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices through ongoing training and education
Participate in incident response exercises and simulations to improve incident response capabilities
Develop, train and coach Group Trucks Purchasing community on incident procedures and response methods
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure standard methodologies, processes, templates, and tools are shared across Volvo Group
A potential on the position is also to work with supplier security maturity assessments during sourcing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, and incident response
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001/2
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
A team-oriented mind set
This position is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of IT Strategy, Architecture, Data & Security at GTP Purchasing Strategy & Digitalization.
