The Cyber Defense Center at SecureLink is growing rapidly and we need to expand our capabilities with a new role where administration and dispatching of many of the important tasks are centralized. We are a young and highly engaged team with a good spirit of having fun and supporting each other every day at work.
The Cyber Defense Center Customer Dispatcher will be located in Malmö and will be responsible for dispatching, quality assurance, keeping track of events at customers, support and general information. The Cyber Defense Center Customer Dispatcher is mostly an operational role with an administrative perspective on creating and maintaining a good structure.
The key elements that describe the role is efficiency, thoroughness, quality and ability to change and build a platform for the future of Cyber Defense Center delivery.
Location: Malmö
Responsibilities
As the Cyber Defense Center Customer Dispatcher, you will have the following responsibilities
• Order and maintenance of user accounts used in various situations
• Dispatching cases through various channels and inputs
• Customer interaction and communication
• Instructions and guidelines reviews and maintenance
• Prioritization and delegation of tasks to the team members in organization
Requirements
• Fluent in English - most reporting and documentation is done in English
• Fluent in Swedish - most customer interaction is in Swedish
• Structured and Organized
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal.
• Above average computer experience.
• Social and open minded
• Eager and willing to learn new things and new systems.
It is beneficial if you have a general ITunderstanding.
