hela Sverige We are looking for a Customer support / SAP for an international company in Västerås. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.
Assignment description:
• Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
• Monitor the status of orders.
• Handle orders and invoicing.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
• Deliver effective solutions to customers with claim-related queries by coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve the issue.
• Document and evolving the spare part sales department together with the team.
Experience in SAP ECC and some technical competence/interest.
Interest in economics and understanding of numbers is considered a plus.
Experience in working with Office 365.
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English language
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 1 year to begin with.
