A short description of the job is to have good knowledge about all of our products and to test them regularly from various performance and usability aspects. The job also includes writing guides on our homepage and running customer facing support over e-mail, Facebook, Twitter and other media. One major part of the job involves handling of payments and bank transfers. This includes the daily tasks of ensuring the user receives the ordered item the time they pay for and handling of refunds, reporting and other payment related tasks.
1. General computer skills, preferably on Windows, Mac and Linux
2. A strong interest and preferably academic result and/or experience in network/security and also
accounting and payment processing
3. To be able to accept and follow our strict security routines and policies (Servers, Workstations,
Password handling etc)
4. Fluency in English, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin+Cantonese)
5. Experience from working with and supporting people from different countries and cultures
6. Dedicated person with a drive to complete task by him/her self and perform routine task with
accuracy and timely
