Our supply team is responsible for the supply chain, production and customer support. The team consists of about 10 employees that handles customer orders and dispatch, production planning, logistics and export control, as well as customer support, purchasing and production.
Your main tasks are:
* To have a close contact with our customers and handle technical first line customer support
* To handle troubleshooting and repairs of customer owned products
* To handle in house production and dispatch, i.e. software loading and hardware adjustments as well as processing of test reports and delivery documentation
* To work together with our engineers, sales and logistics representatives to support new products and customer deliveries
Your profile
We think that you have a good experience of practical work with electronic products, good knowledge of electronic components, production, repair and testing. We also believe that you have a good computer knowledge.
In your role, you will both have internal and external contacts, which demands a genuine interest and approach to work in a customer interface as well as a high level of communication and good skills in both English and Swedish.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 50 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The site covers all functions required by a small independent company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics. Saab TransponderTech is part of Business Area Surveillance. We operate on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles and are market leading with a truly global customer base.

Business area Surveillance offers world-leading sensor technology in monitoring and decision support to protect against threats. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, C4I solutions, aviation systems and cyber security.
