Are you looking for a flexible part time position when you have a bit of extra time to spend or are you a student that is looking to get a head start on your career in startups? Then this is the position for you. The Customer support team are working to make our users have the best experience possible when they're in contact with us here at Lifesum. Now we're looking for a person who wants to come in and support the team when there is a higher than normal workload, when someone is out sick or on vacation.
This position is part-time and based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities and what you will do
In this position you will be the first contact that our users have with Lifesum and you will work with many different things such as:
• Communicating with our users via the platform Helpshift, social media and email
• Supporting the customer support team with inquiries, complaints, bug reports in Jira, cancellations, billing and more
Are you the one we're looking for?
This position is a great way to get to learn the Lifesum product as well as the company and we believe that to succeed in this position you are a social, optimistic and service-minded person who loves to help people using your excellent communication skills.
We would love it if you have
• Previous customer support experience
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English (other languages is a big plus)
• A "Can-do" attitude and great customer facing skills
We think that your enthusiasm to make sure that each customer that you help get the best experience possible will get you a long way.
Of course, we would be even happier if you have an interest in either health & fitness or food, but if you would rather chill in the sofa and watch Game of Thrones, you are equally welcome at Lifesum!
