Greenbyte develops Breeze and Bright - the next generation analytics cloud platforms for renewable energy assets. We are a team of young professionals on a mission to convert more renewable resources into electricity.
We are looking for a thorough and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager to be responsible for our customer?s success in realizing the full value of our services. The responsibility includes account ownership and the tasks ranges from managing the onboarding process, including installation and training, all the way to proactive advisory and sales for customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
• Ensure successful customer onboarding including technical project management
• Build strong customer relationships including proactive technical, commercial and value-driven advisory
• Evaluation of customer satisfaction and success
• Both proactive and targeted actions for improved customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellent customer retention rate
• Continuously identify and feedback customer experiences internally
• Value-driven sales execution for existing customers
• Technical support of our software service product line
Requirements
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work in an agile and fast growing organization
• Outstanding communication and project management skills
• Systematic, autonomous and supportive with ability to organize and lead
• Professional personality with ability to build long-term business relationships
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with perfect grammar and spelling
• Interest in cutting-edge software services and renewable energy
• University degree in relevant field
• Analytical skills with the ability to find solutions for operational problems
Extra Pluses
• IT and SaaS business experience
• Experience in renewable energy
• Knowledge in networking and data communication
• Experience with Linux/Unix OS
