Your mission
As a Customer Success Engineer you will be a part of a vibrant international Support organization with customers and colleagues all around the globe. You will drive the release and rollout of major new product iteration, together with the Project Delivery as well as with all internal stakeholders and external dependencies. You will have close collaboration with the product owner team, software engineering, technical experts, internal stakeholders etc. Internally you represent the customer and will contribute feature development. You will work with researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customer's trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Location and travel
Location in Luleå, Sweden. Occasional international travel is required in this position.

We are looking for a customer-oriented candidate, who put great value in seeing things from a new perspective and who can give our customers the best support. For this role you need to have knowledge in Linux servers. Additional technologies we work with is databases, networks, virtual server clusters, cloud deployments or similar technologies. It is a plus if you have work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role within technical support. It is an advantage if you have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field. You have good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. We believe that you can diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using the latest software tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills is required.
