Monitoring the driver behavior is safety critical both for normal driving as well as for autonomous driving. We are constantly growing and are now looking for a Customer Software Quality Engineer who wants to join our team.
Customer Software Quality Engineer will be a crucial part of the team working with Driver Monitoring Systems and Human Insight AI. Working closely with software developers to ensure quality processes are followed, risk identification & mitigation occurs during the development & testing of the software . The SWQE will participate in evolving the quality of work and the updating of the strategy.

Your Role
- Drive quality and compliance throughout the software development process
- Mentor and educate the team on Smart Eye product development processes and Automotive SPICE
- Drive and participate in work product reviews, to ensure that the documents following the Smart Eye definitions and fulfill the requirements from SPICE.
- Support project team to prepare for audits/assessments and facilitate closure of non-conformances
- Collect and analyze the Project/Process Metric data
- Interface to customer regarding software/system relevant quality topics
- Assist and encourage the software team in Continuous Process Improvement activities

Required Background
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Embedded Software development/testing
- Experience in applying software standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434.
- Working experience on requirements systems e.g. DOORS/Polarion, Agile working tools e.g. JIRA, YouTrack
- Working knowledge of Agile methods
- ASPICE experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English - written & verbal
