We?re now looking for a great Customer Services Advisor based in Stockholm, Sweden and as we?re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :)
In order to succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx.
What you?ll do!
• Act as 1st line of support to all Quinyx customers over the phone and via e-mail communication
• Make sure our customers are kept updated with regards to their query
• Help our customers on-site if needed
• Assist in building the team's processes and procedures to ensure a fantastic customer service
• Escalate errands to other areas of Quinyx and make sure these are handled upon
Skills!
• You feel passionate about customer service
• You thrive under responsibility and enjoy a methodical way of working
• You?re a great communicator, patient and pedagogical
• You?re a great collaborator with an ability to work under a hectic work environment
• You?re interested in technical cloud based solutions
• Experience of application support or IT systems
• You will need to be fluent in Swedish and English and ideally one more language as per below
The WOW-factor!
• Experience of working in a customer services related role across the nordics
• Fluent in Danish, Finnish and/or German
• Experience of multi channel support such as social media
