JOB DESCRIPTION
Based in our office in Stockholm, a motivated and energetic individual for our Northern Europe Team. The Customer Service position is accountable for the operational management of the Northern Europe customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The eligible candidate will be responsible for:
• Customer Service daily work such as
o Logistics activities, follow deliveries and coordination
o Operational activities with customers and Agents
o Create invoices for all customers/shipments
o Follow customers with credit problems together with credit department
o Daily dealing with our agents, carriers and colleagues and assist them
• Order placement
• Updates in different customers portal, example pricat to B24
• Regular samples and photo samples shipment to the agents and Showroom
• Showroom and sample management, coordinate and organize of physical product
• Office & Kitchen Supply
SKILLS and ATTITUDES
• Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing.
• Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and team work attitude
• Eager to learn and being challenged every day
• Has sense of urgency to provide solutions and address issues
• Feel comfortable in working in a under pressure environment
• Well organized person
• Curiosity towards new technologies and IT Tools
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Customer focus and social skills
Appropriate Education
• High School Graduation Need
• Higher courses in administration Optional
• University level Optional
• Advanced Excel course Optional
