ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Customer Service Specialist at Mini Rodini your highest priority is to ensure an excellent level of service to our Ecom and Retail customers. You will play an important role in giving the customers the best possible service in accordance with the companys and the departments set targets and guidelines.
You will work closely with the sale support team and Ecom team but also other departments in the company. The position is based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Customer Service Manager.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Handling our customers inquiries over email, phone and chat on all our markets
• Troubleshoot deliveries and payments
• Handling all types of questions regarding orders, deliveries and claims for all our markets
• Insight based sharing to Ecom department to enable improvements on the site
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum 2 year experience of working with customer service preferably with an Ecom Brand
•
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
•
• Experience from with Magento, Zendesk and Klarna is an advantage
• Experience in trouble shot with DHL, Budbee, PostNord
